UN-POP is run by two friends, Chance and Ian, who share a passion for transforming homes and providing exceptional customer experiences.


  • A young husband, father, and family man, grew up on a farm in rural Oklahoma with a family background in construction. After purchasing his first house in Tulsa, Chance rallied 30 friends to help remove the popcorn ceiling. The project turned into a week-long mess, leaving the ceilings scarred. Determined to find a better way, Chance identified specialty equipment and techniques that made popcorn ceiling removal quick and efficient. He invested in machinery and dedicated countless hours to mastering these techniques, ultimately bringing this unique service to the Tulsa community.


  • Ian and his wife are a lively young couple who grew up in the heart of Oklahoma. A few months after meeting Chance, he invited Ian to help with a popcorn ceiling job. Intrigued by the challenge and opportunity to learn, Ian has been showing up ever since, becoming an integral part of the team. Ian loves Tulsa and is passionate about contributing to its growth and development, finding joy in improving homes and making a difference in his hometown.
